Just a few rules for running with us:

  1. All payments must be processed through PayPal; if you prefer Zelle, contact Pat directly
  2. All participants must fill out and sign our waiver; DOWNLOAD A COPY HERE and email it back to Pat
  3. NO FLEXI-LEADS
  4. No bitches in season
  5. Pups can start running at 6 months. They will run a modified course until they're a year, unless you have a giant breed, and then they'll run the modified course til they're 18 months. Puppy growth plates can get damaged so we're very careful with them.
  6. NO aggressive dogs - ANY acts of aggression will be cause for us to 86 your dog from all future events. This is a one-and-done rule, no grace period.
  7. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The adult must handle the dog, not the child.
  8. You MUST sign up in advance. There are a maximum of 20 spots per event - that's 20 dogs total - so please don't just show up at the field and hope to run; we can't do that anymore.
  9. Please bring your own poop bags.
  10. Bring enough water for you and your dog - it can get hot out there in the summer!
  11. Bring something for you to sit on - chair, blanket, etc. There's not much shade out there so you can bring a small umbrella for yourself
  12. Please make sure to trim your dog's nails the week before so they're not super-long.
  13. Please have had your dogs vaccinated against rabies, kennel cough and parvo virus
  14. If the weather turns against us (rain, extreme heat, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel the event and refund your entry fees.
  15. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog. We do our best to make sure the dogs are safe and have fun on the field so if we see a dog that is grossly overweight/obese, is limping or has an otherwise compromised gait and/or we don't think it's safe for your dog to run for any reason, we'll discuss it with you. We'd rather have you disappointed because we sent you away and want you to wait for a vet-check before running your dog, than to have your dog die on the field because s/he's at risk. Lure coursing is a super fun activity but we will not risk the health or safety of your dog for any reason.
